Opened my real estate office in Ajax, Ontario today. Crummy day out and it is pissing out...

Big UFC fan, I watched the GSP vs. B.J. Penn fight, it wasn't even close. Vaseline aside, BJ got his ass kicked. GSP is prototypical MMA fighter. I met GSP at a Bell Function a few months back. Cool dude and very respectful.
I have my Mortgage License and my Real Estate license, but the market is very sloow right now. I did an open house last week, in Whitby, 20 lacey, priced at aprox $489K. I figured no one would come through the open house. I was wrong, there were aprox. 8 couples that came through and it was 3400 square feet. One person, said it was a little small. Small, I could believe my ears, he wanted a 5 bedroom home and this was only 4 bedroom... wow... Crazy world we live in.
